After a career as partner at a big-four firm and Managing Director of a leading global consulting firm, Joop founded a M&A and Restructuring boutique in the Netherlands and Dubai. He is a seasoned M&A professional who worked on numerous international transactions for both private equity firms, family offices and strategic investors. Joop has specialised in the oil&gas, minerals, metals, and luxury products industries.
